RA277 is the subject of this week's feature. New to Clontarf Depot in May 1996, she was part of the batch RA264-277 for the new Cityswift Route 27 service, although by her latter Clontarf days she could be found anywhere on their routes,particularly the 130.
Moving to Harristown in October 2004 again she was a floater, and is seen above at The Pavillions,Swords on Route 33B, July 17th 2006.
2006 saw her largely withdrawn,with the arrival of AX503-516 to Harristown, being stored until offical withdrawl in May 2007. She was sold to Wealden PSV in the UK by October and by December sold on again,to Universitybus (UNO) of Hatfield,Hertfordshire by December 2007.

277 is one of 3 ex Dublin Bus RA's (the other 2 RA269 & 276) bought by UNO and mainly used on their Route 601 service,from St.Albans to Welwyn Garden City via Hatfield Business Park. The service is well used by Students and people going to the Business Park, as it passes several campuses of the Oakfields College & the Hatfield Business Park, housing companies such as T-Mobile.
Upstairs of RA277. The RA's mainly reintain their Dublin Bus interiors but all Dublin Bus signage most of the passenger information in Gaeilge have been removed. The veichles also reintain their "Cityswift" Bucket Seating downstairs,and dual doors.
Although the 3 RA's are mainly allocated to the 601, Cittaros are also used on the service to maintain a PVR of 3 buses all day. BX56 VSK is seen here on St. Peter's Street in St.Albans.
The RA's are in Excellent Condition, as they were well treated in Clontarf & Harristown, and it is likely they will last a while with the operator.
