2009 has contunied to see the withdrawls of Dublin Bus' Fleet Renewl programme and latterly the fleet cutbacks, find new homes, mostly in the UK. RH's, RA's and latterly RV's have started flocking across the water and one such operator is TM Travel of Halfway, Derbyshire.

H784 PTW above is one such example. This vehicle, formly RH89 (91-D-1089) of Donnybrook Depot, lasted with Dublin Bus from 1991 until 2006 when sale came to Ensign Bus, passing onto TM Travel shortly afterwards. 89, part of a 10 ex Dublin fleet with TM Travel, is seen here at Sheffield Interchange.

2009 however saw TM Travel aqquire more ex Dublin Olympians, this time in the form of RV's. The first two were former Conyingham Road RV396 (98-D-20396) above and Donnybrook RV412 (98-D-20412) below, again seen here at Sheffield Interchange. Both vehicles, new to Dublin Bus in Mid 1998, were withdrawn in late 2008 with the arrival of EV51-100 and VG1-50 in Dublin.

By April / May 2009, 2 more RV's arrived in TM Travel, with RV390 / 394 of Conyingham Road joining their fleet. RV390 entered service in Dublin Bus Fleet Yellow and Blue and is seen here in Cavendish Street in Chesterfield. Note the Burger King Advert on the Rear, the brief outlines of Cityswift in the rear ad brackets, and the stencil outline of Dublin Bus Branding.

TM Travel also operate a number of extra services to schools and colleges in the Chesterfield area. Above shows former RH167 (93-D-10167) on such a working through Chesterfield, heading back to the depot.
