Welcome to the second of our mini features. RH62 is the topic on this week's mini feature. RH62 recently made news in becoming the first ex Dublin RH to be scrapped, due to acccident damage sustained in the UK.

Shortly before withdrawl from Phibsboro she did a stint on many different routes, including the 10, as seen below. All Photos taken June 14th 2005.

RH62 at the Phoenix Park Terminus of Route 10, shortly before taking up her duty.

RH62 herself was new to Clontarf Garage in January / February 1991 and spent much of it's career there, until withdrawl in June 2003. However after 2 months of inactivity both she and RH60 were transferred to Phibsboro to cover shortages, where she spent the rest of her career. Withdrawl came by August 2005 and sell to Ensign Bus by years end.

RH62 Picks up at the busy Trinity College stop. Although the 10 by this point was a low floor route RH's ,RA's & RV's were all still common on the service.

RH62 at Belfield, shortly after completing her trip from Phoenix Park.

She had been repainted into FS livery not long beforehand and looked quite well in it.
